Prompt delivery and responses to email. I should have taken to heart the recommendations that came with the sizing set. I did not and ordered a ring that ended up being to big. No worries. I didn't read all of the comments, but I only had to read a few to realize that I am not the only one who had a great experience. The entire process was very easy. I recently purchased a titanium ring for my husband as a more durable wedding band. We were married 2 years ago, but his previous ring was just plain white gold, and I wanted something that would hold up to daily wear and tear a little better. The customer service at Avant Garde was awesome!! They were very quick with my order, and did an amazing job. It looks very expensive for what I paid.
