Every order is delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity

a Warranty Card.
We believe that those considering buying titanium and tungsten rings
and titanium jewelry are interested in these metals because
of their light weight (titanium), resistance to corrosion (titanium & tungsten), and most importantly,
for their strength (titanium & tungsten). These unique characteristics together
with superior materials and workmanship involved in creating
our rings and jewelry allow us to provides the
following warranty:
All
titanium, tungsten carbide and ceramic jewelry,
purchased from Avant-Garde Jewelry inc. are covered by a
lifetime repair or replacement guarantee for any defect,
such as, but not limited to breakage, noticeable deformation,
bending and denting that might occur with normal wear.
Should
a repair be required due to a defect in material or workmanship
Avant-Garde Jewelry inc, will repair such defect without
charge for materials and/or labor.
Conditions
and limitations.
This
warranty
is valid only at Avant-Garde Jewelry inc. Improper repair
or service performed by someone other than Avant-Garde Jewelry
inc. will void this warranty.
This
warranty is valid only for products owned by the original
purchaser and purchased at Avant-Garde Jewelry inc. A proof
of purchase documents and/or warranty card, must be provided
in order to receive warranty service.
This
warranty excludes coverage for excessive physical and/or
accidental abuse, loss and theft of an item, broken, cracked
or lost stones, but in the unlikely event a stone happens
to loosen or fall out, we will tighten or replace the stone
under this warranty (stone must be returned with the ring).
This
warranty only applies to items made of tungsten carbide, titanium, titanium
6/4 and titanium 6/6/2. Inlay materials such as Gold, Platinum
and Silver are not as durable and damage to
such materials is not covered by this warranty, unless the
damage occurred due to manufacturing defect.
This
warranty does not cover the cost of shipping to or from
Avant-Garde Jewelry inc.
This
warranty excludes coverage for sizing issues. Returns due
to sizing issues are covered by our 14 day return and exchange
policy.
Please notify Avant-Garde Jewelry inc. of any apparent defects
upon their discovery to obtain a return authorization. PLEASE
DO NOT ship your products to Avant-Garde Jewelry inc. without
prior authorization.
