are made of aircraft grade Ti-64, hardest alloy
Ti-662
and Pure Ti-999. Our titanium chains and bracelets are
made of Pure Ti-999. All our Tungsten rings are made with the
superior carbide alloy. Tungsten rings and wedding bands
are the most wear resistant jewelry available today. Tungsten
rings
are as hard as the sapphire gem stones!

This ring feature a durable black silicon rubber inlay set in a deep square

About metals used in our jewelry:
We
use 3 grades of Ti to manufacture our Ti wedding rings.
Ti-64
- Aircraft grade (6Al/4V)
Ti-662 - Extra-hard alloy (6Al/6V/2Sn)
CP - Commercial Pure Ti-999
Aircraft
Grades vs. Pure Ti.
We
believe that people considering buying titanium rings are interested
in the metal because of the light weight, resistance to corrosion,
and most importantly, for the strength. Keeping this in mind,
we do recommend using the higher grades of Ti, such as ti-64 and
ti-662. These alloys exhibit much higher tensile strength, resulting in greater resistance
to demanding every day wear.
We created our
website to showcase and sell our product, but we also like to
inform our potential customers of the materials and techniques used in our production.
And show you the benefits of Ti and Tungsten over traditional metals.
For
example: More and more people develop nickel allergy, from wearing
white gold jewellry. Unfortunately once nickel allergy develops, it will
stay for life. This is why Ti, Pt and WC are the best metals
for "white" jewellry. They are absolutely hypoallergenic
(all grades) and safe for people suffering from nickel allergy,
as well as being effective in preventing it.
Tungsten rings:
All our
tungsten carbide rings are completely Cobalt free.
Platinum:
For platinum inlays we use PLAT-950
(95% platinum and 5% ruthenium).
This is the strongest platinum
alloy which will provide the best resistance to extensive wear.
Gold:
For
the manufacturing of our gold inlayed items we use
14K, 18K and 22K yellow gold,
14K white gold,
18K rose gold, also called peach or pink gold.
The karat mark (K) refers to the purity of gold. Gold in its purest
state, 24K, is generally considered too soft for practical use
in jewelry. It must be alloyed with other special metals to increase
its durability and workability. 24 karat is 100% pure gold, or
24 parts gold; 18K is 18 parts gold and 6 parts other metal; 14K
is 14 parts gold and 10 parts other metal; and, 10K is 10 parts
gold and 14 parts other metal.
Silver:
We use Sterling Silver 925.
